Your Client Service Representative will take the time to carefully listen to your problem and ask you for any details we may need. You will then be given an appointment window with one of our certified technicians, to best fit your time schedule. Then, we will tell you about our procedures and what to expect when your technician comes out to your home. And, as always, you will be treated with respect and kindness, because that's what you deserve!
2. Who will come out to my home?
We will send a member of our award-winning team of technicians to your home! All of our technicians are drug-free and criminal-background-checked to ensure your family's safety. Our technicians undergo hundreds of hours of training every year, and are trained to use state-of-the-art technology to best meet your service needs.
3. Can you give me a specific time you will be here?
At OnTime Plumbing, we schedule appointments in 2-hour windows. Our Client Service Representative will call you when your technician is on his way. We do have Guaranteed Appointment Times available for an additional fee, with only a 15-minute window. And, as always, we guarantee that "My plumber will smell good and show up on time, or I’ll pay you!"®
4. Is my problem repairable by your company?
Yes! Our team of technicians is able to fix all problems related to water! We are able to service and install: water heaters, water and drain lines, septic systems, water filtration systems, well pumps, gas piping, sprinklers, and much, much more! 5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 2-year full warranty on all repairs, and a 5-year full warranty on all new installations. In addition, we have extended warranties available. We also have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- if you're not happy with your service, you don't pay until you are!
6. When do I pay for my service?
Payment is due upon completion for residential service calls. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express- as well as offer financing for larger jobs. Commercial accounts must fill out a credit application before an account will be created.
